Chinese President, Xi Jinpig, recently completed a tour of Europe. After dreadfully meeting with the French president (the footage is hilarious), he visited Belgrade on the anniversary of NATO's bombings, thousands of people attended his speech in which he emphatically expressed a deep and close tie to Serbia, committing to China's ambitious Belt and Road Initiative, among other financial and social commitments. All of this why? Because NATO’s (cough cough America's) bombing of the Chinese embassy in 1999 further alienated the West from not only Eastern Europe but the Eastern Moon. After the West, namely Germany and America, helped Yugoslavia tear itself apart, Serbia, for better or for worse, has looked to the East, as they traditionally do, of longterm support and stability. Enter BRICS. The expanding and powerful anti-Western alliance seems far more aligned to Serbia's goals than the historically problematic Western/American puppet states of the European Union and NATO. Plans are for the small Serbia to be fast tracked and accepted into the BRICS alliance as early as next year. If NATO doesn't accidentally bomb the Chinese embassy in 1999, there is little chance of this.

The largest NATO base in South Eastern Europe is located in the Western/American recognised ‘independent’ state of Kosovo. A state, ‘recognised’ by the West after NATO’s illegal bombardment of Yugoslavia, where they used illegal arms and killed thousands of civilians; a state which, after its ‘recognition’, went on a rampage to ethnically cleanse itself of the Serbian population expelling over 200,000 Serbs and Romani Gypsies, including my own family, burning churches, farms and buildings in the process (the thing of free and independent fairy tales!). Today, this new and free state has both, a statue of Bill Clinton and the largest NATO base in South Eastern Europe. NATO, which has ceased to be Northern or Atlantic for decades, has and always will be America violently meddling in Europe. NATO bombed Yugoslavia because it sought aggressive presence in the region after remaining the sole global super power in 1991. To think otherwise would be naive, would be a lifetime indoctrination of CNN and BBC, Star Wars and Indiana Jones, Bruce Springsteen and The Rolling Stones. It’s undeniable what has been happening in Europe since the dissolution of the USSR in 1991 when the newly established Russia was promised NATO ‘would not move an inch East’. Here we are, NATO staging a war against Russia through Ukraine, killing thousands of Ukrainians in the process (Mit Romney: "it's perfect! We're in a war and not losing American lives!") and growing to 16(!) more countries since 1991, including the not-very North Atlantic Romania, Poland, Bulgaria and Croatia. America's violent expansion is blatant and careless. The 'independent' 'state' of Kosovo has not been officially accepted into NATO, the mentioned large military base acts as a force to 'keep peace and order' in the region of barbaric and backwardly Slavs. Interesting, how illegal action and mass killing is permitted if you happen to be, or are alligned with, the Stars and Stripes. And even more interesting, how these wreckless acts are perceived as righteous, necessary and peaceful by the world. Ovde padale su kasente. They did. And they may again. Except this time they may be nuclear. the West cares little for lives lost, only for adding pieces to their gross global chess board.

For the record, even though I am Serbian, I acknowledge the contentious history and nature of the Kosovo region. I assure the reader, my views here have nothing to do with the longstanding struggles and disagreements of Kosovo-Albanians and Kosovo-Serbs. My attempt is to show how NATO, the West, The UK, The USA, all foreign agents, have a foreign policy with a track record of completely abandoning diplomacy and embracing violence and chaos, destabilising regions in their path. They demand hegemony. Lives - Serbian, Albanian, Ukrainian, Russian - are of no concern.
